When a user under the SoftCo user box dials *125, the SoftCo fails to play an announcement.
Step 1 Run the show digitmap protocol command to check whether the user box is configured with a digitmap. If no, this problem does not occur. If the user box is configured with a digitmap that does not work, run the config delete digitmap protocol command to delete the digitmap.
Step 2 If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
The possible cause is that, after the user box is configured with a digitmap and outgoing prefixes, the SoftCo processes *125 as an outer-going number.
