A user is in FAULT or IDLE status alternately.
Step 1 Run the show sipue part startnum ID command to view the number of registration requests and their registration intervals.
If the registration intervals are all 120 seconds, adjust the registration interval on the IP phone or IAD.
You are advised to set the registration interval to 5 or 10 minutes.
Step 2 Contact the network administrator to check the network status.
Step 3 If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
1. The registration requests exceed the upper limit and the registration interval specified for a SIP phone is only two minutes.
2. The network is faulty.
