Issue Description

We have tried to implement the MIB (OID from MIB) into our Monitoring System, but so far with no success.
The SNMP credentials and also version v2c should be fine.

The monitoring system connects to the Storage via SVP Server (IP: using as an example the OID: for HW – Info – Disk – Health – Status with a type of Gauge unsigned

From MIB Importer:

How we setup this sensor on the monitoring system:

But at the end we don’t receive any data back from 18500 storage:

Received Error Message is: No such object (SNMP error # 222)

Do you have any idea why we are getting no data back from 18500 system?
If you need, we can also join a remote session together in order to verify things…

Customer is having V1 firmware. They need to check the MIB-OID table values to see if are correct fill in to not be miss a “ . “ or to put an number in plus or in minus.

Please see bellow the link from where you can get the MIB table values|1382082906220

2. If not, please enable the SNMP v2c with below command:

admin:/>change snmp version v1v2c_switch=On

CAUTION: You are about to enable SNMPv1 and SNMPv2c. But you are advised to use the secure SNMPv3 protocol only.
Do you wish to continue?(y/n)y
Command executed successfully.

3. If the problem is still there, please change the community name with below command to make sure they are right.
