Traffic statistics are inconsistent on S5700 and client

Issue Description

Interface traffic statistics on S5700 V200R001:

Traffic statistics on client:

From the graph above, we can see interface rate on S5700 is 310 Mbps however the traffic rate is restricted at 260 Mbps on client which connected to S5700 directly.

Alarm Information
Handling Process

1.When frames sending, there is inter-frame gap between frames.From S5700 V200R001,inter-frame gap has been included in traffic statistics by default.

2.If you don't want to contain inter-frame gap in traffic statistics, you can configure the following command on interface:

<HUAWEI> system-view
[HUAWEI] interface gigabitethernet x/x/x
[HUAWEI-GigabitEthernetx/x/x] undo set flow-statistics include-interframe

Root Cause
By default,traffic statistics contains inter-frame gap from S5700 V200R001.

Configure following commands to delete inter-frame gap

<HUAWEI> system-view
[HUAWEI] interface gigabitethernet x/x/x
[HUAWEI-GigabitEthernetx/x/x] undo set flow-statistics include-interframe


Notice that traffic statistics contains inter-frame gap from S5700 V200R001 by default.
