A customer replied that for all android Phone can’t connect to internet, always failed. But there is no problem for Iphone and PC and Laptop.
The AC software version is V200R005C10SPC300.
This is the topology:
(1) Get the diagnostic information, and found that there are lots of message showing user going offline, and the reason is “low rate”:
2015-4-17 15:08:11+02:00 BilgiBIMHuawei6605 %%01UCM/5/CM_USEROFFLINE(s):The user succeeded in going offline. (UserType=WLAN, UserName=e498d6e66475, UserMac=e498-d6e6-6475, IP=184.108.40.206, VPNName=, AccessTime=2015/04/17 15:06:22, OfflineTime=2015/04/17 15:08:11, Reason=low rate)

(2) Check the configuration, and found that for radio-profile, the command“sta-forced-offline rate switch enable” is configured.
radio-profile name default id 0
sta-forced-offline rate switch enable //this command need delete
wmm-profile id 0
interference detect enable
ap 0 radio 1
radio-profile id 0
channel 20MHz 36
service-set id 1 wlan 1
ap 1 radio 0
radio-profile id 0
channel 20MHz 6
service-set id 1 wlan 2
Check from the product documentation, and found that by default, forced logout of low-rate STAs is disabled. Normally, this command is configured in the following scenario:
When APs are densely deployed, the WLAN has good signal coverage. In such as case, this function can be used to force logout of low-rate STAs at the edge of AP's coverage area so that the STAs can reassociate with APs with strong signals, which ensures good service experience.
But for the current scenario, there are only few APs, and the signal is not good in some places, there is no need to configure such command.
(3) But why only Andriod Phones have this issue, and IPhone and PC and Laptop has no issue? That may be because Andriod OS can’t optimize signal good enough.
(4) Delete the command “sta-forced-offline rate switch enable ”, the problem is resolved.
The command “sta-forced-offline rate switch enable” is configured when the WIFI signal is not good.
Delete the command “sta-forced-offline rate switch enable ”.
When the wifi signal is not good, and you can find the use office reason is low rate, then you need check if you configure “sta-forced-offline rate switch enable”. If yes, delete it.
