Step 1 Log in to the eSpace IVS C/S client and double-click Devices on the Workspace tab page.
Step 2 In the device list, double-click the camera. The Configuration window is displayed.
Step 3 Choose Video Settings > Camera Settings.
Step 4 Check whether the camera multicast IP address is correctly configured by referring to the value range of User multicast IP addresses provided in Table 3-1.
Table 3-1 Value ranges of common multicast IP addresses
If yes, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
If no, change the multicast IP address by referring to the value range of User multicast IP addresses and go to the next step.
Step 5 Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
