Cameras connected through the ONVIF protocol work properly. After a software upgrade, some cameras cannot support live video viewing and platform recording.
Step 1 Log in to the eSpace IVS C/S client.
Step 2 On the Workspace tab page, choose Devices > Local Domain.
The Local Domain page is displayed.
Step 3 Select the faulty cameras from the device list and click Restart. Then go to the next step.
Step 4 Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
The authentication mode is changed during the software upgrade.
