When you drag a camera to a live video pane after the camera alias is changed, the live video from the camera fails to be played. You must double-click the camera to enable live video viewing.
Step 1 Log in to the eSpace IVS C/S client and click Live Feed on the Workspace tab page.
Step 2 Right-click the camera whose live video fails to be played in the camera list and choose Alias from the shortcut menu.
Step 3 Set the camera alias and change its alias to the original alias.
Step 4 Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
