After you change the screen resolution of the PC where the eSpace IVS C/S client is installed, a blank screen occurs on the live video. After you restart the live video, the live video is properly played.
Step 1 Right-click in a blank area on the PC and choose Screen resolution from the shortcut menu.
Step 2 Check whether the changed screen resolution complies with the performance specification of the eSpace IVS platform.
If yes, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
If no, change the screen resolution and go to the next step.
Step 3 Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
The changed screen resolution does not comply with the performance specification of the eSpace IVS platform.
It is recommended that the screen resolution be higher than 1440 x 900 pixels.
