When the universal server manager (USM) is remotely connected to the E6000 to access the remote keyboard, video, and mouse (KVM) for a shelf, the displayed information indicates that the proxy requirement times out, and the communication is abnormal.
Delete the shelf information, and add new information. Then access the shelf KVM. However, the error message is displayed repeatedly after this operation is implemented for several times.
Delete oldengineID for the shelf management module (SMM), and restart the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) module. After adding a shelf, you still cannot access the KVM.
Restart the USM, and repeat the preceding operation. However, the problem persists.
