The system asks you to install the .NET Framework 4.0 during installation of an IVS client (C/S client or web client); however, in Control Panel, the .NET Framework 4 Client Profile has been installed.
Step 1 Uninstall the .NET Framework 4 Client Profile.
1. Choose Start > Control Panel.
2. In Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs.
3. In Currently installed programs, select .NET Framework 4 Client Profile and click Remove to uninstall the program.
Step 2 Re-install the .NET Framework 4.0. Verify that the following programs have been installed:
.NET Framework 4 Client Profile
.NET Framework 4 Extended
Step 3 Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
The .NET Framework 4.0 is not installed properly.
