1. User A logs in to the eSpace C/S client on computer 1 using account X and creates sequencing resources.
2. User B then log in to the eSpace C/S client on computer 2 also using account X, deletes the sequencing resources, and logs out of the eSpace C/S client.
3. User A logs out of the eSpace C/S client.
4. User A logs in to the eSpace C/S client again and finds that the sequencing resources he or she created do not exist.
When multiple users log in to the eSpace IVS C/S client using the same account, only the latest settings for the same parameters made by one of these users take effect.
The eSpace IVS C/S client uploads local data to the eSpace IVS platform every 30 minutes when users are online. At the moment when users log out of the eSpace C/S client, the eSpace IVS C/S client also uploads local data to the eSpace IVS platform. When multiple users use the same account to log in to the eSpace C/S client from different computers, configurations made by a user on a computer may be modified by a user on another computer.
This exception may occur on the following settings: camera sequencing, video wall, local recording, local snapshot, local network parameters, alarm parameters, device keywords, and camera alias.
