Issue Description

The eSpace IVS client may unexpectedly exit when you use a tool, for example, CCleaner or Systemcare, to delete temporary files in the operating system.

Handling Process

You are advised to close the eSpace IVS client, clear the temporary directory, and start the eSpace IVS client again.

Root Cause

When a tool, for example, CCleaner or Systemcare, is used to clear the system disks, the tool will clear the temporary directory (default temporary directory: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp). At this time, the eSpace IVS client cannot generate temporary files in this directory, so the eSpace IVS client unexpectedly exits.
