The System Displays a Message Indicating the Message Processing Timeout or Network Exception When You Query PU Logs on the eSpace IVS Client

Issue Description

Choose Device > Local Domain > Query Logs. On the View Logs page that is displayed, set search criteria and search for logs. The system displays a message indicating the message processing timeout, as shown in Figure 3-65, or the system displays a message indicating the network exception.

Handling Process

It is recommended that you shorten the interval between the search start time and end time and query again.

Root Cause

A large quantity of PU logs exist, so the eSpace IVS platform needs to query the PU logs for multiple times, which leads to response time out.
