2: After we analyze the events,we find below info :

4182 0x1003e0001003 Failed to Execute a VM Backup Job — VM Storage Type Is Not Supported Warning Uncleared 2015-04-28 14:48:45    Backup server (ID 2) failed to execute backup job (ID 20000000133). Possible cause: The VM storage type is outside the scope of backups supported.

3: Ask the customer to confirm whether is there any VM disk belongs to "non-virtualized" DataStore, the customer check the VM and found that the virtualization  type of the DataStore is "non-virtualized" .

Root Cause

HyperDP can only support "virtualized" DataStore backup, if the VM disk belongs to "non-virtualized" DataStore, the backup task can't successfully executed.

Remove the non-virtualized VMs from the backup policy, then excute the policy again.

When creating the backup policy, make sure the VM disk datastore type is virtualized.
