Handling Process
Disable the Symantec Altiris software service or isolate Symantec Altiris from the network environment. Then load the OS from the PXE server.

Root Cause
Symantec Altiris is a server management suite developed by Symantec. It is used for remote management and maintenance for servers and serves as the DHCP server. When the server OS installation source over PXE is deployed in the same environment with Symantec Altiris, the server cannot receive packets from the OS installation source over PXE.
