FAQ- What Can I Do When the Frame Rate Ranges Are Different on the IPC and Platform

Publication Date:  2015-06-27 Views:  703 Downloads:  0

Issue Description

When the resolution is 2048 x 1536, both the primary and third streams support a maximum frame rate of 20 fps. On the platform, the specified frame rate ranges from 1 fps to 30 fps, but users fail to set the frame rate to a value greater than 20 fps.

The ONVIF protocol currently does not allow users to set the frame rate on the platform to any value within the specified value range. The frame rate value must be within the frame rate range specified on the IPC.
