Issue Description

our customer found a issue about ICMP. our 7910 IP Phone will send some ICMP packets duiring calling.

there are two times occur this ICMP issue during a call.

for the first time:

for the second time:

our IP Phone will send ICMP packets to other side if it receive some packet with unknown port.

for the first time:

from the packets, we can found our IP Phone make an outgoing call and receive 183(with SDP), then build a RTP channal to get the back ring. But after some seconds, our IP Phone received 180 ring, our IP Phone will destory RTP channal and start to play local back ring then.

even our IP Phone destory the RTP channal after we get the 180 ringing, IP Phone still get the RTP stream from other side.

because the port is closed after IP Phone destory the channel, so our IP Phone will response with ICMP once get the RTP from other side.

For the second time:

our IP Phone end the call from itself side. and IP Phone will close the prot. but at the same time our IP Phone still will get the RTP for some seconds, so IP Phone will response with ICMP.
