Agent Status Displayed Incorrectly

Issue Description

The agent status that the inspector views in the CMS system is different from the actual agent status.

Handling Process

1. Log in to the CMS system as the admin user (password: Huawei.123).
2. Choose System Mgt. > WAS Sync Settings. On the WAS Sync Settings tab page that is displayed, click  .
3. If the fault still persists, obtain help through the channels described in Help Channels.

Root Cause

The CMS system is disconnected from the CTI, so the agent status is not synchronized to the CMS system in real time.
