UAP Fails to Connect to the Reinstalled File Server

Issue Description

The Universal Access Platform (UAP) connects to the file server properly. After the file server is removed and reinstalled, the UAP fails to connect to the file server.

Handling Process

Restart the Media Service Unit (MSU) board.
If the fault still persists, obtain help through the channels described in Help Channels.
