Failure to Start Inspection

Issue Description

After an inspector selects an agent and clicks Start Screen Inspection, the message "QC operation failed." is displayed.

Handling Process

Verify that the screen recording function has been enabled for the agent on the Agent Client system.
If the fault still persists, obtain help through the channels described in Help Channels.

Root Cause

The agent does not enable the screen recording function.
