eSpace MCC UniPortal Disappears Upon the First Login and Displays the Message Indicating that the User Has Logged In Upon the Second Login

Issue Description

A user logs in to eSpace MCC UniPortal but eSpace MCC UniPortal disappears. The user logs in to eSpace MCC UniPortal again but eSpace MCC UniPortal displays the message indicating that the user has logged in.

Handling Process

Step 1 Disable the program for closing pop-up windows for the web browser. For the detailed requirements on the web browser used, see Installation > Installation Guide > Software Installation Guide > Installing the MCC Automatically > Configuring the Browser on the Client in the product documentation.
Step 2 Wait 10 minutes until the session of the login user times out and then log in to eSpace MCC UniPortal again.

Root Cause

The web browser has enabled the program for closing pop-up windows. The eSpace MCC UniPortal page is opened in pop-up mode and therefore closed by the web browser.
