A user (user A) attempts to log in to eSpace MCC UniPortal, but the message indicating that the user has logged in is displayed.
Step 1 Ask user B to log in to eSpace MCC UniPortal and access Operation Logs page to check whether user A'account has logged in.
If the status of user A'account is logout, go to the next step.
Step 2 Perform either of the following two operations:
Wait 10 minutes until the session of the login user times out and then log in to eSpace MCC UniPortal again.
Ask user B to log in to eSpace MCC UniPortal and access User Query page to release user A'account.
The possible causes are as follows:
The user account has logged in to eSpace MCC UniPortal.
The user account abnormally logs out of eSpace MCC UniPortal last time, so the status of the user account is still login.
