Issue Description
How Can I Disable the Debugging Functions of the USG?
After debugging functions are enabled, lots of information is displayed. To stop debugging information output, press Ctrl+O (this operation has the same effect as you run the undo debugging all command).

Windows HyperTerminal, Telnet program in the DOS CLI environment, SecureCRT, and IPOP V2.3 or later versions support this operation, but VTP does not. To disable debugging functions for VTP, press Ctrl+O to create a console.
