FAQ-VTA Screen Recording Failure and Failure to Load Media Files During Inspection

Publication Date:  2015-07-02 Views:  162 Downloads:  0

Issue Description

What can I do if the VTA screen recording fails and media files fail to be loaded during inspection?

On the Windows 7 operating system, the CLOSE_WAIT status is generated when you access the VTC file server using the NFS protocol. When socket resources are exhausted, screen recording fails, and media files fail to be loaded during inspection. You need to load the network socket CLOSE_WAIT and keep the recycled repair patch active. Visit, decompress the downloaded patch package, and double-click the patch file. Restart the system after the patch is installed.
