Issue Description

Network: PBX----Trunk----U1900----SIP----UMS

Step 2 Run the show subscriber dn xx type newservice command to check whether intra-office users have the permission on the service of call transfer to the UMS voice mailbox on no reply (VOICEMAIL_CFU). If no, assign the permission.

Step 3 If the fault persists, contact the service provider.

Root Cause

Possible Cause:
  1. The user does not enable the service of call transfer to voice mailbox.
  2. The trunk has insufficient call rights.
  3. The UMS processing fails.
