Issue Description
What is the NCQ technology of hard disks?

Native Command Queuing (NCQ) is a command queuing function of hard disks supported by the SATA II standard. The hard disks supporting the NCQ can queue commands (for a maximum of 32 commands), rearrange command implementation sequence, and immediately run commands; therefore, the performance of hard disks is improved and the occupation of CPU resources is reduced.
