Issue Description

What are the precautions for removing or inserting an expansion cable on a storage device?

When services are running on the storage device, do not remove or insert the expansion cable on the disk enclosure; otherwise, the services are interrupted or data is lost.

If an expansion cable needs to be replaced when service are running, suspend the services to avoid data loss.

If both expansion cables need to be replaced, ensure that different expansion cable is replaced at a minimum of 6-minute interval.
