Announcement Indicating Barred Calls Played for All eSpace U1900 Users When They Pick Up the Phone and Dial a Number

Issue Description
All users cannot make calls. When a user dials any numbers (including intra-office numbers), an announcement is played indicating that the call is barred. However, no configuration is modified.
Handling Process
Step 1 Run the show license command. It is found that the device uses a temporary license, and the license has expired.

Step 2 Apply for a new license, and replace the expired license. The fault is rectified.


Root Cause
The license has expired.
During delivery and test, record and manage temporary licenses to prevent service interruption due to license expiration.
