Imported SRT Files Are Not Displayed on the NetBackup

Issue Description
SRT files have been imported for the restoration of a Windows client. However, imported SRT files are not displayed on the NetBackup management interface.

Handling Process
1.  Exit the NetBackup.

2.  Restart the NetBackup.

Root Cause
The NetBackup reads associated information from configuration files at startup and displays the information on the user interface. However, some information is not updated automatically on the NetBackup management interface.

The preceding method is also applicable when the following situations occur:
  • The configured backup policy is not in the backup policy list.
  • A client is not in the client list.
