TP1002 can not turn on the equipments using PAD

Issue Description

-> Relay is not working normally

Handling Process

Use the toll PCommAPI to troubleshooting the relay problem

1-) Use the serial cable connected between relay and PC


2-) When open the toll select the right COM and Speed should be 19200.


3-)   Enter command *001C3#, it means to disable the port 3 at relay . if the port 3’s led was off and feedback result : 001:OOCO-OOOO#  It means the relay is ok .

But if can not turn off, it means relay has problem and should be replaced

Root Cause

During handling process it was applied the command, but the port 3 could not turn off.  In this case it ́s necessary to request the replacement.


It was requested the RMA for spare part and when the new relay arrived, the TP solution could work normally.
