Root Cause
The PTL is newly purchased. No settings are made on the PTL. Therefore, you need to log in to the PTL and associate the PTL with a driver on the PTL interface. By default, robot arms of the PTL are associated with a driver of the PTL. If you do not set a control path, robot arms of the PTL cannot be detected at a certain probability.
If a driver of the PTL connects to the VTL through an optical fiber, the VTL can detect robot arms of the PTL.
Suggestions
If the PTL is newly purchased, you are advised to associate the PTL with a driver.
