Scenario: Calling from IP-PHONE to external number
Phenomenon: Sometimes, the call will be canceled after 15s.
l Analysis the two logs.
n As below picture, the left purple one is the successful, and the right one is the failed one.
n The Left (successful)number 3 we can see that after eSpace U1910 send a I8 CLD message to Operator-Carrier, Operator-Carrier feedback a A1 REQ message within 1 second(Number 2, 16:14:41).
n But in the right(failed) number 3 after eSpace U1910 send a I8 CLD message to Operator-Carrier , Operator carrier doesn’t feedback any message from 16:12:18 to 16:12:33. Around 15 s.
Conclusion: Operator carrier feedback message to U1910, but it delays more than 15 s and U1910 could not receive because the interval time out is configured to 15 seconds, after this time U1910 drop the call
Increase the timeout interval in the PBX U1910 for 30 sec, using the command: config modify timerinterval pid r2 timergroup 1 timerindex 1 interval X (X means the time to increase)
After we change this time the calls could be completed normally.
