How can I collect the VTL3500 logs?

Solution

Product and version information: VTL3500 V100R002

Perform the following operations:

1.  Use the SSH to log in to the VTL3500 and run the cd home command to go to the home directory.

2.  Run the ls command to check whether the DataCollect.sh script exists in the home directory of the VTL3500 system and whether the tools folder exists in the /ServiceTool directory.
  • If yes, run the DataCollect.sh script in the home directory to collect information.
  • If no, contact R&D engineers to obtain the DataCollect.sh script. Then run the DataCollect.sh script in the home directory to collect information.
NOTE:
The DataCollect.zip file is the collected log file.
