Verify the GK registration settings.

From the user interface controlled using the remote control (remote controlled UI for short), choose Diagnostics > Network Test.
Alternatively, from the web interface, choose Maintenance > Diagnostics > Network
Test. Enter the GK IP address and start a Ping test. If the Ping test fails, the GK may be malfunctioning or a network error has occurred.
Contact your administrator or Internet service provider to address the issue.
