Issue Description

The GK service was unavailable even after I restarted the service. What can I do?

The GK function was not enabled on the endpoint or the endpoint failed to register with the GK. Re-register the endpoint with the GK. For details about how to register with the GK, see What Can I Do If My Endpoint Fails to Register with the GK?
Verify the GK registration settings.

The GK malfunctioned or a network error occurred. From the user interface controlled using the remote control (remote controlled UI for short), choose Diagnostics > Network Test.
Alternatively, from the web interface, choose Maintenance > Diagnostics > Network
Test. Enter the GK IP address and start a Ping test. If the Ping test fails, the GK may be malfunctioning or a network error has occurred.
Contact your administrator or Internet service provider to address the issue.
