Issue Description

When I powered on the endpoint, the indicator turned orange, and the endpoint failed to start up. What can I do?


Use the bootrom system to upgrade the endpoint. For details about the procedure, see How Can I Use the Bootrom System to Upgrade My Endpoint?

If the problem persists, move the endpoint to another place and power on the endpoint again.
  • If the endpoint starts up correctly, the cause of the issue is that the power supply of the original installation site is insufficient. Check the original power source or power cable.
  • If the endpoint still cannot start up, contact the videoconferencing system administrator or your Internet service provider.
