Issue Description

What can I do if the monitor connected to the HD OUT 2 port displays only the Huawei logo?

By default, Display H.239 is selected for the HD OUT 2 port. If the default settings have not been changed, the Huawei logo is displayed when no presentation source is plugged in. To solve the issue:

From the remote controlled UI, choose Settings > Video > Input/Output > Video Output >HD OUT 2 and select Display local video, Display remote video, and Display H.239. As a result of these settings, if no presentation source is available, the monitor displays the local video when the endpoint is not used in a conference and the remote video when the endpoint is used in a conference.
