Publication Date:  2015-08-06  |   Views:  653  |   Downloads:  0  |   Document ID:  EKB1000083869

Issue Description

I have connected an HD video output port (such as HD OUT 1) on the endpoint to a monitor. When I set this HD video output port to DVI(AUDIO), the video displayed on the monitor is cropped. What can I do?

To solve the issue:
  • If you want to view the video only and do not need to listen to the audio: From the remote controlled UI, choose Settings > Video > Video Output and set output mode of the HD video output port (such as HD OUT 1) to DVI.
  • If you want to view the video and listen to the audio: Select the full screen display or progressive scan option on the monitor display settings screen.
