When the endpoint HD OUT 2 port is connected to a projector, video latency occurs. What can I do?
Verify the video source settings for the HD OUT 2 port. For example, if the video source is the HD IN 2 port, verify the HD IN 2 settings.
From the remote controlled UI, choose Settings > Display > Video Parameters > HD IN 2 and verify the required parameter settings, including Exposure mode and White balance.
