The remote controlled UI deviated from its normal position. What can I do?
This is probably caused by frequent resolution changes. To solve this problem, restart the endpoint.
If the problem persists after you restart the endpoint, the endpoint video output resolution may be incompatible with the monitor. To solve this problem:
1. View the video resolutions supported by the monitor.
2. From the remote controlled UI, choose Settings > Video > Video Output. Alternatively, from the web interface, choose System Settings > Input/Output > Video Output.
3. Select the video output connected to the monitor and set Video resolution to one of the video resolutions supported by the monitor.
