When tabletop displays are open and still, the video displayed flashes.
Step 1 Upgrade the telepresence system to the latest version.
Step 2 If the issue is not addressed, replace the cable connected to the tabletop display DVI IN2 port. Check whether the issue is addressed.
Step 3 If the issue persists, contact your local customer service center to replace the tabletop displays.
The DVI cable is damaged.
The software versions of the telepresence devices do not match.
