After AR upgrade and load a new test license, IP Phone couldn't register to AR1200

Issue Description

A partner use AR1200 device as SIP PBX. our partner upgrade our AR1200 software version from V2R5 to V2R6, then they feedback IP Phone couldn't register to AR1220 as usual.

the topology is as following.

issue description: 803 and 800 are the number allocated in our AR1200, but 803 and 800 always register fail.

Alarm Information

IP Phone register fail.

Handling Process

1.we request our parnter to collect diagnostic information from our AR1200 by using following command.

<R8-AR1220>display diagnostic-information

2.we check the feedback information, and found the license expire.

Info: License activated does not exist on master board.

3.we supply a test license to partner since this partner is trying to buy business license recently.

4.our partner load the test license, but the issue still be there.

5.we request parnter to feedback the debug log and new configuration information again.

6.from the debug log, we found AR1200 reject IP Phones' regster in 404 Not found. we check the configuration information again, and we found there is no telno item in 803's configuration.

7.after we suggest partner to add telno item, the IP Phone register works ok.

Root Cause

1.license expire;

2.license expire cause telno item lost for sipue. so customer need add telno item again after they load license

Solution

1. buy a business licenes and load it (partner will buy it soon, we supply a test license temporarily)

2.suggest our partner to add telno item for every existing sipue.
