Publication Date:  2015-08-10 Views:  578 Downloads:  0

Issue Description

There is no presentation output when an HDMI-DVI cable is used to connect a laptop to the TB201 interface box for the RP200.

Handling Process

Step 1 Connect the HDMI-DVI cable to the codec HD IN2 port.

If the presentation can be correctly displayed, the TB201 interface box is transmitting analog signals only. In this case, go to step 2. If the presentation cannot be correctly displayed, there may be a problem with the presentation source. Resolve the problem.

Step 2 Remove the HDMI-DVI cable. Use a DVI-VGA cable to connect the TB201 to the laptop.

Root Cause

The interface box does not support presentation input in HDMI format.
