As indicated by the telepresence host web interface, the camera is disconnected from the telepresence host.
Step 1 Set the DIP switch on one side of the camera to off to restore the camera to its default settings.
The camera IP address is restored to 172.16.21.25.
Step 2 Log in to the telepresence host web interface. On the displayed page, right-click Telepresence Host and choose Settings from the shortcut menu. Then enter 172.16.21.25.
The actual IP address of the camera does not match the IP address you set on the telepresence host.
