Issue Description

Customer was teling us he can't access the BIOS setup, even he pressed the F2 or DEL keyboard keys and he was followed all the instruction from product documentation. He tried different type of keyboards layout without any success.

At first look it seems an easy troubleshooting process, but after you realize the well known keys doesn't work indeed you have a problem.

Sorry I do not know what type it is  (I would say not maintenance) … I just need to get access to the BIOS of NAS server  because we need urgently setup the IPMI and steps described in attached manual doesn’t
work. Maybe we are doing something wrong just. "

Firstly the customer need to check: VGA display, keyboard and mouse are connected.

For access the BIOS setup instead of F2 or DEL keys we need to hit the ESC key and after that a screen will appear with 3 options.  We need to choose the SCU option. After that should be all right to access the BIOS.

Power On server => Press ESC key => then wait a few moments to see if a screen appear with the instruction how to access BIOS
