I had remote access to customer site with the authorization letter from customer. I requested customer telnet into the eSpace U1980 for me to troubleshoot the issue.
At first, I type in command show system information to check all the IP address that connected to eSpace U1980.
After that, I type in command show billserver state to show whether the CDR is connect successful.
On the screenshot, it shows there is a failure connection on the CDR to eSpace U1980.
Then I type in command netstat -aon : findstr 2020 to show the port of 2020 see whether the port 2020 any crash.
On the picture above, it shows the port 2020 is on time wait mode. It means it not connected successfully.
Then I type command netstat –an : findstr 2020 to check the status of the port 2020.
The picture above shows that the port 2020 is just listening but not established.
Furthermore, I checked on the CDR Server, customer did not configure the authenticated unified gateway address as below picture.
I helped customer to configure the authenticated unified gateway address with the IP address of eSpace U1980.
Then, I also helped to verify the IP address in the SecurityIp.ini which located in the folder of CDRServer as below picture.
Besides that, I helped customer to configure the setting on the CDR Agent as below picture.
The username / password: admin / admin
After done the configuration, I type in the command show billserver state and show createbill switch.
As above picture, the CDR is successfully connected. The issue is solved.
