Fault Symptom: The alarm was shown in the HMM web portal "Transition to non recoverable from less severe" refering to the 2 MM910 boards we have, and they become unresponsive, we cannot ping and cannot configure them.
Version Information: E9000 model: IT1K01E9000H, CNA v. V100R005C00SPC300
Network Topology: For the moment we have not connect the E9000 with anything on the network just with our laptops, we configure the IPs for the Managment Plane and have installed the CNA. For the moment that was all of the networknig done.
MM910 x Transition to non recoverable from less severe, that was the message shown in the HMM web portal for both MM910.
1. At first step we tried to put the new SW's CX110 on the 2x and 3x position but the error keeps showing.
2. Then we try to put the old SW's CX310 on the 2x and 3x and the problem was solved.
3. Then we try to put the new SW's CX110 on the 1E and 4E position keeping the old SW's CX310 on the 2x and 3x position, and the problem was not shown either. So we keep this configuration.
The root cause for this is removing the Switches from the E9000, then the MM910 give us this error.
The problem was solved when we put back the old SW's CX 310 in the position were they were originally installed, we never try putting the new SW's in the 2x and 3x position were the original SW's were installed so this configuration must be tried in future cases to see if the problem is solved in this way, but for our configuration we have the new SW's in the 1E and 4E and the old SW's in the 2X and 3X.
If you want to change an old SW's and put new ones first try to put them in the same position as the old ones to check what happen, if an error ocurres try to put the old ones on the same position and put the new ones in the other space left to avoid the error
