TE60 version: V100R001C10SPC400
VPC620 SN: 2102310uqc10fa000102

Handling Process

1.Checked the physical cable connection between TE60 and VPC620, it used HD-VI cable well connected;

2.Checked the Video Input setting via WEB GUI, the serial port was set correctly as none(Page: System Settings->Input/Output->Video Input);

3.Suspected the VPC620 may have certain problem and replace it with another VPC620 connected to the TE60 in the same way and same physical cable connection, find that:
  The replacement works very well, and can be controlled by Media TouchPad

4.Connected the suspicious VPC620 back to TE60, and used remote controller to controll it directly, find that:
  When selecting IR mode as Remote, the camera cannot be controlled by remote controller;
  When selecting IR mode as Local, the camera can be controlled by remote controller;
5.Suspected the VPC620's setting is wrongly configured; To double press the delete(or let's say it backspace)button on remote controller to call out the menu of the camera itself, and find that:

  The Camera ID was set wrongly as 4, the correct value should be 1.
  After changing camera ID to be 1, the issue was resolved.

Root Cause
The Camera ID was wrongly set as 4, the correct value is 1(default value).
As provided in Procedure.
