When using the PC client to access FusionAccess portal and the USB device is inserted on the PC, the USB device can be detected by the PC client, but can't be detected by the user VM.
1. Uninstall the HDP client on the PC and download it again from FusionAccess portal, then install it again.
2. Check the status of the HDP client service as below: (sc query hubmonitor)
If there is no output or there is error in the output, then we can see the HDP client service is abnormal.
The installation of the HDP client is abnormal, we have to install it with privilege of the system administrator
After downloading the HDP client from the FusionAccess portal, run the installation package as administrator as below:
After installing it successfully, run the command "sc query hubmonitor" again to check if the output is normal.
When the service is normal, then re-insert the USB device again on the PC client.
