Device: OceanStor N8500 V200R001C00
The DMP path of cluster NAS engine node (Node_Name)
accessing storage unit is faulty.
Impact on the system:
- These reduce the reliability of access to back-end storage unit. If the full
paths are failure, it will interrupt the business.
Check the FC connection between NAS/FC Switch/Storage
Unit. Make sure the connection and zone configuration is configured correctly.
Collect log file from ISM. Link between N8500 engine and OceanStor
S5600T is down. Root caused was, OceanStor S5600T is rebooted.
Then, run the following command:
Login with master account and run command: storage disk list
According to the output, all the paths
are enabled. No disabled paths. Alarm can clear manually.
Login ISM and check which Clustered NAS engine node name accessing
storage unit is faulty.
Mainly check below parameter:-
1) Optical fiber is removed or damaged.
2) The controller of storage unit is abnormal.
3) The management network port or the management module fails.
